How to Prepare

Knowing more about your animal enables us to provide them with the best care possible.

Please fillout a surrender application with as much detail as possible. We are equipped and comfortable, working with all breeds and behaviours so there is very little chance that any information provided would stop us from taking in your animal.

Please provide us with:

• Veterinary and health records (sent to our vet or transferred to our name)

• Current food and treats

• Blankets, beds, leashes and collars

• Any medication they’re taking

• All dogs over 50 lbs. must come with a crate/kennel
