Kenton's Story
Frankie (the dog formerly known as Kenton)
Frankie has had major breakthroughs. When we first got this little guy he would curl up in his kennel and hide from the world. He would barely let me put a leash on him to go for a walk and would runaway if he ever got the opportunity. We would swaddle him in a blanket so he couldn’t escape and put him beside us in hopes that he’d eventually get used to human touch. His progress really started to show once he was adopted. His new mother has put her heart and soul into training this little boy. With the help of friend and fellow behaviour modification specialist Krystal-Rose @wild.wolf.academy , the progress he’s made is astonishing. Frankie has gone from bearing his teeth at people to fully submitting.
Here’s what his lovely new home has to say about him:
He’s so smart! He often doesn’t know what’s expected of him, but he’s figuring it out so fast!
I can’t wait to see their relationship grow and their communication get stronger.
Congratulations Mel, I hope you are celebrating all your victories along the way!
